How lias skincare changed among Asians over the years in terms of preference?
Carole Lim: People are more educated today, so they are more careful with products and only use products they trust that are safe. Due to too many counterfeit products out in the beauty market, Asians are now very careful and particular about the ingredients in the products before they purchase. Many of these fake products may be toxic containing ingredients like cyanide, arsenic, mercury and lead.
