A Christmas album with a country twist, featuring two very special guests who come close to stealing the show Country superstar Sara Evans’ first full-length festive album features classic renditions often Christmas favourites. While the arrangements stay fairly true to the originals, Evans’ vocals shine throughout.

The title track, At Christmas (an original song written by Shane Stevens and Toby Lightman) opens with jingle bells,

driving electric guitars and sweet tunes on the keys. This is certainly a fusion of Evans’ musical background with a holiday twist. A series of classic Christmas favourites follow, including Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas, Silent Night and Winter Wonderland.

Then she’s joined atthe microphone with two of her daughters, Olivia and Audrey, for a special version of 12Days of ChristmasJheir sweet, pure voices will delight and following on with the family theme, a country-rock version of Run Rudolph Run will be a favourite amongst your children this season.

The gospel-inspired Go Tell It On The Mountain is an uplifting classic; and Evans is at her very best singing 0 Holy Night at the top of her voice with a stunning range and control. A stripped back acoustic version of 0 Come All Ye Faithful completes the album.
