Lipstick for olive skin

‘Lip liner defines the mouth and makes lipstick last longer. On black skins I sometimes use brown eye pencil as a lip liner.’

‘Always apply a good lip balm, and allow it to be absorbed thoroughly before you apply your lipstick. If your lips are very dry, or still moist from the balm, your lipstick won’t stay put for long. Build up depth by applying lipstick, then blotting with a tissue to create a stain. Finish with a final coat for a long-lasting result.’

Bobbi Brown
