Get enough Sleep

Do your best to get 7 to 9 hours of sleep. No more no lessf Imagine if in a large corporation building, the janitors did not come in, did not clean up, and did not take out the trash. Though sleep may seem like a waste of time, it is JUST as important as being awake and accomplishing your daily activities. Though sleep can help reduce how much we eat, it is extremely important to the health of our mind and body. Sleep is one of the most important parts of dieting. Your body goes into a completely different operation while sleeping. Sleep is a heightened anabolic state, accentuating the growth and rejuvenation of the immune, nervous, skeletal and muscular systems. Every person should get an average of 8 hours of sleep per day. The least amount of sleep per day normally should not be less than 7 hours and the most amount of sleep should not be more than 9 hours. When a person is sick or with health issues, it may be necessary to sleep more than 9 hours.

Understand that toxins can create stress, can create restlessness, and can interfere with organs proper recovery process while sleeping, making sleep less effective.

Hunger can destroy concentration. Having a good sound mind makes controlling habits and important decision making relating to a person’s health easier.

Living in pride is a bad thing. Acceptance, understanding, tolerance, and being okay are better.

Living in depression is a bad thing. Depression is something that helps healthy people to rise up.

Living in stress is a bad thing. Stress is indication that something needs to change, sometimes self.

Living in worry is a bad thing. Worrying is a waste of time. Fix it or find something better to do.

Living in the past is a bad thing. The past is gone and is worthless other than to be lessons learned.
Living with false expectation is a bad thing. Do today, making your tomorrow as you desire it to be.

Living in fear is a bad thing. Fear has no life! Convert all fear to hope, love, and trust.

Living in hate is a bad thing. Hate breeds hate. Without hate, those of hate have no home in you.

Not living in reality is a bad thing. Today is real! What did you do that was called living?

Living in boredom is a bad thing. Boredom is the state of an empty and idle mind. Think about it!
